ABC’s ‘Scandal’ Builds in Its New 10 p.m. Slot and Boosts the Hour Year to Year

On its second week at 10:00 p.m., ABC’s “Scandal” grew over the prior week by 5% in Total Viewers (3.9 million vs. 3.7 million) and by 13% in Adults 18-49 (0.9/4 vs. 0.8/4).

“Scandal” delivered double-digit improvement to the hour for ABC from the same night last year (3.4 million and 0.7/3 for “The Catch” on 4/6/17) in Total Viewers (+15%) and Adults 18-49 (+29%).

ABC’s Scandal, “Standing in the Sun” Airs Thursday, April 12th

Celebrating Season 21, “The View” (11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. EDT) is the place to be heard with live broadcasts five days a week. Hilary Estey McLoughlin serves as senior executive producer with Candi Carter and Brian Teta as executive producers.

Last night, the Rémy Martin Presented Film Society Lincoln Center hosted the 44th Chaplin Award Gala honoring Robert De Niro.

Last night, the Rémy Martin Presented Film Society Lincoln Center hosted the 44th Chaplin Award Gala honoring Robert De Niro. It was a star-studded event. 

Timeline of the evening:

  • 5:30PM Pre-reception (in which guests experienced two(2) XO Table of Opulence and enjoyed special Remy Martin cocktails)
  • 7:00PM Tribute (friends of the Robert De Niro praised him for his contribution in film and he was presented with the Chaplin award)
  • 9:00PM Dinner (guests moved to the dinner where they could enjoy special cocktails and XO neat while dining)
